Collection: Pre-Orders - Pre-Orders are NON- REFUNDABLE

Pre-Orders are done on certain items that have many options to select from or there are limited quantities available by the vendor. We do this mainly so we can offer unique options without tons of over-stock. When you place a "Pre-order" you are paying up front for an item that has an estimated delivery date. This date will be posted for each pre-order item. 

We do our very best to give accurate ETAs and typically they are pretty spot on! These times are not guaranteed though. You are guaranteed that your items will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.

If items that are holiday specific do not arrive in time for you to receive them before the appropriate holiday, you will receive a full refund. (This has never happened before) but want you to know you're covered. Otherwise, pre-orders are non-refundable and are a Final Sale product. 

Since Pre-Orders are not stocked, they are Non-refundable.
